What is the Digital Kit? Subsidies for the digitalization of companies

The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Government of Spain, financed by the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions for small businesses, microenterprises and self-employed.

What is the Digital Kit program?

It is an aid program made available by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation whose objective is to finance the costs of digital transformation of small and medium-sized companies throughout the national territory.

Requirements to be met

Small businesses and the self-employed who wish to apply to be beneficiaries of the Digital Kit must comply with certain requirements. requirements which we will explain in detail below

Requirements to apply for your digital voucher

SMEs and the self-employed who wish to apply to be beneficiaries of the Digital Kit must meet certain requirements:
  • ✅ Possessing the category of microenterprise, small business or a self-employed person.
  • ✅ Comply with the financial and cash limit of the company's category.
  • ✅ Be registered and have the minimum seniority established in the call for applications (2 years).
  • ✅ Be up to date with tax and social security obligations and not be considered a company in crisis.
  • ✅ Not to be incurring in any of the prohibitions established in art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Subsidies.
  • ✅ Not be under pending recovery order by the European Commission with a declaration of unlawful aid and incompatible with the common market.
  • ✅ Not to exceed the de minimis limit.
